Some trips collect destinations. Others build a story. The Argentina Signature journey does the latter: the passion of Buenos Aires, the monumental silence of the Andean Lakes, and the intimate ritual of uncorking a Malbec before the snow-capped Andes, all woven into a single private thread that ÉLEVÉ tailors to the exact measure of the people living it.
Three cities. Three emotions. One private journey.
Buenos Aires awakens the senses from the very first step: its tango, its chef-driven cuisine and its neighborhood architecture are a promise kept for any traveler. Bariloche and the Andean Lakes add a different scale, that of glaciers, myrtle forests and water reflecting peaks nearly 10,000 feet high, with the intimacy of a lodge that seems built just for you. Mendoza, the final act, is the world capital of high-altitude Malbec: private tastings with winemakers who speak of their vineyards as if of a child, lunch under the vines with the snow-capped Andes behind, and bottles you won't find on any wine list back home. The Argentina Signature journey threads these three dimensions together with impeccable narrative logic, with no tiring transfers and no filler days.
Day-by-day itinerary — 13 nights
Arrival in Buenos Aires — The city that welcomes you as if you'd always known it
Your ÉLEVÉ concierge awaits at Ezeiza with your name on a discreet sign and a premium vehicle that takes you straight to your boutique hotel in Palermo or Recoleta, neighborhoods scented with jacaranda and fresh coffee. The afternoon is yours: to walk, to settle in, to breathe the air of a city that never stops surprising. In the evening, a table is booked at a market-driven restaurant where the menu changes every week and the sommelier, together with your concierge, has already chosen the wine that will accompany your trip.
Buenos Aires — Tango, the parrilla and art: three reasons you won't want to leave
With a bilingual cultural guide, San Telmo reveals its Buenos Aires of cobblestones and antiques; La Boca, its overflowing color; Palermo Soho, its galleries and independent bookshops. Lunch at a benchmark parrilla is a ceremony in itself: cuts you won't find at home, slow fire, and an asador who has stood before the embers for forty years. The afternoon belongs to MALBA, with Frida Kahlo, Tarsila do Amaral and the finest Latin American collection on the continent. The night ends at a historic milonga in Almagro: an introductory tango class with the house maestros, a premium table and a private show that turns tango into something you feel, not just watch. Day three: the San Telmo market at whatever pace you set, and Palermo Soho for anyone who wants to take home something different.
Buenos Aires — Bariloche: when the plane lands among the mountains
The morning is yours in Buenos Aires: a spa, some shopping in Palermo, or simply coffee and medialunas on the hotel terrace. In the afternoon, a private transfer to Aeroparque for the flight to Bariloche. The moment the plane descends over Lake Nahuel Huapi, that impossible blue ringed by snowy peaks, already hints at everything Patagonia promises. Your local concierge meets you at the airport. Dinner at the lodge, with the mountains turning orange at sunset, is the best prologue to the days ahead.
Bariloche — The silence of the lake and a forest that stops time
Day 5: your private boat awaits at the dock at dawn. Cruising Nahuel Huapi feels like an inward journey: still water, the centuries-old cinnamon-barked myrtles of Isla Victoria, and lunch on board with Patagonian produce, trout, venison and estancia cheeses, while the peaks are mirrored in the water. The afternoon closes with a stroll through Bariloche and its artisan chocolates, which here are fine confectionery, not souvenirs. Day 6: a fifteen-minute chairlift ride up Cerro Campanario rewards you with one of the most photographed panoramas in the Southern Hemisphere. The afternoon is free to choose: kayaking on the lake, cycling the Circuito Chico, or reading on the lodge terrace. Dinner at a boutique restaurant with a Patagonian wine list is the perfect close.
Bariloche — A picnic with a sommelier and the most unusual forest in the world
Day 7: the Circuito Chico is the most beautiful scenic route in northern Patagonia. Your private vehicle stops at Playa Bonita, at the Bahía López lookout and in front of the legendary façade of the Llao Llao. Lunch is a gourmet picnic on the shores of Lake Moreno with a private sommelier: a board of local produce, sheep's-milk cheeses and a bottle chosen for the moment and the landscape. Day 8: Villa La Angostura and Los Arrayanes National Park shelter the only pure myrtle forest in the world, ancient trees with orange trunks and leaves that filter the light in a way found nowhere else on the planet. Your private botanical guide turns the walk into an ecology lesson you'll remember forever. Dinner at your leisure in Bariloche, at your own pace.
Bariloche — Mendoza: from snowy mountains to the vineyards
The flight to Mendoza crosses the Andes in full daylight, a flight worth taking in its own right. Arriving at the boutique wine hotel, surrounded by vines resting or in full ripeness depending on the season, switches on a different sensory register: that of high-altitude Malbec and the arid land that produces grapes of extraordinary concentration. The afternoon is for rest and orientation: your local concierge introduces you to the character of the region and the program ahead. Dinner in the hotel's cellar, with reserve wines selected for this first encounter, opens the most pleasurable days of the journey.
Mendoza — Signature Malbec and Argentina's highest vineyards
Day 10: two boutique wineries in the Luján de Cuyo valley, chosen for their resident winemakers, who await you for a private technical tasting. Not a group tour, but a conversation between people who love wine. The pairing lunch in the winery dining room, with the snow-capped Andes framed by the glass wall behind, is one of those images that stays with you. A free afternoon in the city of Mendoza: its tree-lined plazas, its market and its natural-wine bars invite an unscheduled wander. Day 11: the Uco Valley, at 3,600 feet, is home to Argentina's most photogenic and cutting-edge wineries, signature architecture among the vines. The visit includes a walk through the vineyards with the grower, who explains why the cold nights and the radiation of altitude produce wines that exist at no other latitude.
Mendoza — Face to face with Aconcagua: the roof of the Americas
The High Mountain Route climbs toward the Paso de los Libertadores in a crescendo of scenery that runs from vineyard to glacier in three hours. Aconcagua appears suddenly at the Horcones viewpoint: 22,841 feet of granite and eternal snow, the highest point in the entire Western Hemisphere. There's no need to climb it; simply standing before it is an experience of scale. Puente del Inca, the natural rock arch stained with sulfur over the Las Cuevas river, adds a surprising geological note. Lunch is in the mountains, with the Andes unfolding on both sides of the valley. A farewell dinner in Mendoza, at the restaurant your concierge has booked around your preferences, closes the Argentine journey as it deserves.
Mendoza — Buenos Aires — Flight home
The journey ends without rush: a private transfer to Mendoza airport, a connecting flight to Buenos Aires and boarding for your flight home. ÉLEVÉ coordinates every leg of the final day so you don't have to think about logistics at all, only about which part of the trip you'd like to relive first.
